Defining a youth

To me a youth is a person full of energy, developing into andult person through meaninnful interactions thats helps them become responsible adults. In zambia a youth is someone between 18 and 35 and this is so becuase at 18 someone is expected to be out of secondary school, eligble to vote and at 35 someone can qualify to be president.
