Thanks Kago. Subsequent to my chat with Victor, I have had a few emails with some nice comments. I will make those chnages and send the final doc to Victro tonite so that tomorrow it can be uploaded.

We have a doc which is in good shape - all i need is to put minor changes that i received from the group. I will cc eveyone so that you can also have a final look. But we are in good shape -n its all cleared by the core group.

Akachi, The question talks of a board member. Essentially, i should refer to a board member and not my name. Good point.

Not sure if a group can be a board member. A rep can only represent interests of a group/ investor. I stand to be corrected, but thats my interpretation of the Companies Act.

While some borad members represent a particular interest, he/she can only write as a member. You can say "the member is of the opinion that..." and not "the organization i am representing is of the opinion that ..."
