Had a quick look (meant to be doing other things!) Found your background confusing. The picture person couldn't follow the threads - diagram or more subheadings may help ie 'Completion of course', 'Course Criteria'.

Also you put that 'Survey Monkey' is a limitation. Did you plan to do more than 10 questions? It sounded like you blamed the tools.

Well done for getting to this point - why is this part worth 25%? It is the bit that I am sure takes the longest.
