I think with the advent of collaborative authoring tools such as wikis, course development for education should use open authoring approaches since this approach draws on the expertise and experience of many instead of the views and ideas of a few. In our opinions, course development for education should use open authoring approaches. This approach proves useful for collaborative work amongst educators and charges at the different spheres of life.
