l think we will gain more marks if we include some business practices likeworkplace safety, sexual harassment,environmental standards, consider appointiung a compliance person.
On ethics violations can we not state the penalty which go with certain misstep and also others do give a reward for reporting.What l am saying is after conflict of interest we state the transgression and what will happen to the transgressor and so on.
It is nice you mentioned the organisation's relationship with suppliers, customers but the commitment for the staffis not spelt out.

Shungu, i will have to update based on the document you have just send. I will have ameeting with my HR coleague and decide on all of these situations, and also the implementation plan.
