Lions unfortunately I do not have updates on this assignment. You have all seen the email from Shungu, I could not get hold of her on phone, I have sent emails and hope she will respond when she is back from the remote areas of Malawi wher she is on an assignmnet--Luisaserra 16:48, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
do we have the luxury of time to wait for her to come back? i think your team should have another look on her leading the assignment, probably either you or shumi should lead the assignment.

yes, i completely agree with you but can we afford to continue waiting for her. we have to remember we scored very low on the 1st assignment, so we need to make up with this one
can't say i'm suprised...all i can say is if she doesn't give us an expat response marks are going...

if you give a warning or caution in advance, it gives the warnee an opportunity to prepare and avoid the warned eventuality...is that better?
That has been given to all Lions regarding participation and contribution on wikichats. It is not being different for Shungu. last week I sent her an email and she replied to all of you, so we will take it after this week if she does not come back to us on the progress, what is unfortunate is this derails the wikichat because it is always the same discussions when it come to this assignment Kay go, and the solution will have to come over time and monitoring what the group member does, isn't it? i am open to other sugestions please let me know.--Luisaserra 17:13, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
everytime i have to apologise for seeming so harsh on Shungu but like the in world cup it is the the team that is hungry for success that makes it to the next stages, i'm just not seeing the aggression from Shungu, and i know what i'm saying is what is on everyones mind. each time you seem to shielding Shungu...and remember Luisa conflict makes us grow...
