I saw sharing and caring in action by the facilatators of M4T-3.

I was priviledged to be a silent observer of part of the facilitator chat during M4T-3 when I was a student. I believe that this experience seeing operations behind the scenes prepared me to be a facilitator of one of the beginning teams in M4t-4.
