Including a URL in a Note doesn't work if there is a "?" in the link - entire note vanishes

I don't know if this is a feature or a bug.

Font colour

I suggest that the font colour for this template be changed from red, because I think its generally a good MW usability idea to keep red font for indicating uncreated wiki links, and possibly for "warnings".
