Template:HiEL4C19

This template is used to welcome EL4C19 Participants on their respective talk page. The template is based on Hello and Hi templates. It is intended to encourage participants to have fun and work hard through the workshop.

It takes two attributes:

• Name of user (required)
• Personal message text - (required)

For example:
