After reading through the draft policy, I have put in three new issues. I hope this is proper.
I think I used the template properly, if not feel free to change it. I did leave the progress item off as I was not sure what to put there. Also feel free to change the priority and effort items.
Is this ok (given that there is no requirement to restructure the document)? The heading prefixes make it easy to find sections which include resolved/unresolved issues. An alternative form is illustrated here which only shows resolved issues (previously under a separate heading "Unresolved").
