I think the use of the icons from Creative Commons might actually be against their trademark, as they are not used in the context of pointing to the licences per se. Or maybe they are since there is a link in the paragraph before. But the point remains that CC Trademarks are rather restrictive as they put doubt, and that is unhelpful! --Phsi 14:30, 28 February 2007 (CET)

Phillip that's a good point, I'll check with the CC legal council whether we are OK with the CC "Trademarks" - I think that we're covered under fair usage and the link to CC above. I'll hear what they have to say. --Mackiwg 14:44, 28 February 2007 (CET)
