Hi -

COL will continue to assist commonwealth countries in the strategic development of OERs and within resource constraints of the institution. COL's aim is to work alongside our VUSCC partners to develop capacity, strategy and policy around OERs and we dont intend to cut the ubilical cord. However, we are optimistic that VUSCC countries will cut the OER ubilical cord themselves - becuase then we have achieved collective success. --Mackiwg 06:27, 6 July 2006 (CEST)
