Quantities

You don't provide quantities anywhere. This is essential for a teacher planning to use this. Put it up front in the materials list. Don't force yourself to have to read the entire thing to make a shopping list each time you want to run this. Think efficiency!

Spelling

Your page contains spelling errors. To improve it, please spell check. If you use Firefox, it contains a spell checker. Alternatively, edit the entire page, copy and paste the content into a word processing document, fix the spelling (being careful not to change any formats in the document, and then paste it back into the wiki. Don't forget to save your changes!

Environmental connections

This should be expanded. What specifics can be discussed with students. What can they actually do? Provide some leading questions, and some web-based resources (EPA comes to mind) to facilitate additional research and questioning.
