Helena: I think that facilitators need to welcome participants on the wiki as well. Quite likely some of the new participants will already have accounts and it may be useful to recruit from people who have recently made accounts by welcoming them through their user pages via a template, similar to Wayne's hello template. brent 08:01, 2 November 2007 (CET)
