Suggest Pathways for becoming OERu Partner.

What is the suggested pathway for an Institute to be an OERu Partner? What are the financial, academic, infrastructural, technical requirements for potential partners ? Any yearly contribution or one time contribution planned? The suggested pathways should have multiple options: a) Only Content USe, providing students, provide certification facilitation b) Create Courses for certification after being duly authenticated by global experts c) A Test Center for students of a particular region with provision to provide infrastructure for students for different credit courses on specified dates as planned and also provide opportunities for Group tasks, assignments

Hi Ravi

To answer your questions, the OERu has established protocols here. Institutions must be accredited by their national (or regional) accreditation agencies in order to join the network. This is the mechanism for awarding formal academic credit.

The OERu website provides useful information for prospective partners and the organisation FAQs provides additional information.

Your point about expanding the network to incorporate testing centres will be valuable for OERu partners who are implementing a challenge examination model. However - your comments, suggestions don't appear to be related to the community source objective.
