How many notional learning hours would be required of learners to complete to meet the expected learning outcomes?
In the AST1000 course a week's learning would be approximately 8 - 10 hours learning activity.
I also recommend that we separate out technology related support into separate tutorials. This would facilitate reuse in different OERu contexts. Take a look at the wiki tutorials for ideas or alternatively the Ask OEru support tutorial. Based on our experiences with students in the open environment the current support references need a little more structure and guidance.
