i think if your project is focussing on innovative teaching methodologies of teaching physics then your chapters shoyuld be based on these teaching methdologies rather than the topics in physics. or you can also focus on topics and then talk about various teaching methods that can be employed for teaching each topic.

Hello!! I am Dr. Harsupreet Kaur user:reet_ks, I teach Physics in [[Acharya Narendra Dev College], Delhi University. "Innovative ways of teaching Physics" seems to be a great idea. However, if you would like to develop some course content then i suggest that you give an outline of the course or mention the topics you would like to cover.
