Conclusion and AOB

Phase 3 seems under control. They've submitted all. Luisa send here apologies as she's on a emergency trip.

Lions, our strategy in this assignment is highly risky in that Luisa is our major information source and we risk overloading her. We increase this risk the longer we delay with our info requirements. Lets get past this stage ASAP. We can't be discussing the same issues next week.

Please help the team by submitting these questions.

Shumi The onlyu way we can reduce work load on her is if we can get more info on the matrket, the company, its competitors and all. Otherwise, to some of us, we have no idea of the Uganda market, and we have to probe the questions. I am not sure if it will help, I havent seen Luisa on wiki for a while now, and that may be a challenge. I know she is busy with work, but we may neeed to set up special sessions with her, even in Saturdays to discuss.

Ok JC point noted, but I belive that we are the ones who are letting Luisa down. She's been asking us for the past 3 weeks to forward our info requirements and no-one has. She has not put restrictions on calling her or skyping her.

A lot of the the market info you need in Phase 2 is on a document that she forwarded somethime ago. I will reforward this document

The structure looks ok for now.

We are the only team which has provided questions. We however look forward to providing more questions and perhaps enhancing the current ones. Is ours Phase two or phase three?

I had my questions on wiki last 2 weeks. we can do an email by Tuesday with our questions. Its just that we want to know more about the comp0any, the produicts, the impact of this project, competitors, the Ugandan market etc...

I believe a lot of the market info is on the document forwarded by Luisa. I reforwarded that doc myself a couple of weeks ago. Guys please look at the Skeleton draft I sent. Please emmulate the Phase 3 format. That is how we would like your questions ie by subsection. It will make life easier for Luisa.

I have not as yet spoken to Shungu but i think we will have those questions by Tuesday. With regards to the Framework:

Part 1 & 2 are related in that you can,for example, use the SWOT analysis for both internal and external so it will be prudent to use tools that analyse the internal environmnet andthe external environment to answer both questions fromthe SWOT.
