916Q Assignment

FYI: Team Econs are almost through with this assignment. We are waiting for finishing touches to Q1 from Kachi and then we will circulate the first draft by Wednesday this week. If you have any comments regarding this, pls feel free to respond. Thank you.

I have just been informed that I am chairing this meeting. Luisa and Kachi have sent their apologies. Otherwise, if there are any issues apart from 916Q that need to be raised, this would be a good time.

Utang my any question will be on how to prepare for this open book examinations. In short what l am trying to say is are there any regulations we will get from UNISA.Some examinations bodies they allow notes plus the prescribed text only others you can bring any resources you would think of just depending on your time. From what I recall from the first study school, we were told we could bring any reading materials as long as they were not palm tops, lap tops, etc. We can ask Luisa to help us clarify this.

I was of the beleif that we can carry only our prescribed books into the rooms NOT any materials

Well, we can always confirm what the requirements are. That is what I recall we were told at the first study school.

No problem Shungu. We may also be better off to seek clearer clarifications from SBL before the due dates. I hope the exam dates have NOT changed?
