Would it make sense to set sub-goals for a new target date/time?

e.g. with appropriately worded motions and votes:

By Thursday 13th 1700 (latest time zone):

  1. Guidelines for ancillary web services: establish a workgroup to draft these by the next WCC meeting.
  2. Workgroup for WE Ready Mix OERs: free the workgroup to go ahead with WCC's blessing and possible approval of the Charter.
  3. Embedded media: motion tabled and voted.
  4. Motion to adjourn the meeting: tabled and voted.
