A new multi-disciplinary field (well, new to us :-) ... a combination of socio-technical systems thinking, community informatics, development informatics, sociology, soft systems methodologies and multi-methodologies, anthropology, etc.

The aim is to understand globalisation phenomena emerging with connectivity and sustainable development challenges.

Tools to catalyse collaboration and knowledge exchange with an emphasis on developing communities being introduced to technology for the first time.

The aim is to create a space to draw like minds and advance the thinking around practice and research.

For now we are just dumping some ideas ... in time we will consolidate and refine the ideas etc. into useful learning resources.
