Is there a future for WikiEducator in Samoa?

1. Good opportunities for collaboration in producing free textbooks for schools
2. How do we overcome the challenges associated with access to the Internet in our schools? Possibly link up with the Schoolnet project.
3. We need to think about ways to address "ownership" of ideas and expression of those ideas with OER.
4. Any collaboration would need to be organised and planned for it to be productive
5. Usefulness of WikiEducator to Samoa will depend on willingness of individuals to collaborate online to produce something useful for people other than themselves.
