  I am Princy Francis from Kerala, India.I work as assistant professor in commerce at TANDEM which one of the leading Manipal university offcampus centre.I hold Masters Degree in Commerceand also has NET (National Eligibility Test for lecturers)qualification. I took B.Ed to become forming part of good generation in this world.I always try to learn and teach new concepts. Therefore I provide voluntary support to Free and Open Education initiatives.With great interest I look forward to collaborate with the works of this wiki community of UNESCO.

I strongly believe in free access to educational content and in collaborative learning not only among peers but also between a student and a teacher. I believe in Digital Democracy and that human beings are inherently good. I am going to start my research work also
