The purpose of this e-learning activity is to take a closer look at some of the overarching principles of management while weaving together some of the threads from the content you have looked at early in this learning pathway. You will:

• Focus on different aspects of the POLC framework.
• Consider how these different aspects combine in a managerial role.
• Consider how all aspects have to be in balance to allow for an efficient and effective organization.
