VISUAL ARTS - PAINTING 21F (Full Year) - PTG21F

PRE-REQUISITES
Successful completion of Year 11 Visual Arts folio required. Students who have not achieved with their folio in Year 11 Visual Arts must consult with Mr Soltero
CONTENT
Students use their own ideas and subject matter with a variety of contemporary Art Painting techniques, media and processes. Students research a variety of Artists and demonstrate an understanding of established practice.
ASSESSMENT
20-24 Level 2 credits possible (both internal and external assessments apply)
COST
$60 includes:
- Art pack
- Group resources
- photocopying and basic materials
NB: Supplementary materials required during the year; amount varies between students.
Print credit must be maintained.
FUTURE POSSIBILITIES
Successful completion of this course gives students entry to 31F Painting. Students considering studying Fine Arts at Canterbury University must enrol in two of the following courses - 21F Art Design, 21F Art Photography, 21F Painting – see Mr Soltero for more information
