PRE-REQUISITES
A Design Technology 11F pass is essential for entry or by negotiation with HOD.
CONTENT
- Classroom time is required to clarify design requirements and to introduce material for written assignments.
- Designing focuses on the research and investigation required to arrive at solutions to practical problems.
- Students will apply a number of Technological Processes to a series of design projects.
ASSESSMENT
Total 20 - 24 Level 2 credits. Both internal and external assessment will apply.
COST
$35.00 consumables fee - Materials will be costed and charged individually.
FUTURE POSSIBILITIES
This course aims to provide grounding in important skills and knowledge to preparation for further Technology courses, Design Technology 31F.
