Required parameters

• learning pathway: type in the name of this learning pathway, e.g. Introduction to digital literacies
• microcourse: Name of micro-course, eg "Digital literacies for online learning" or transcluded title, eg.: {{:Introduction_to_project_management/Links/IPM101/Title}}
• code: Course code for associated micro-course, eg LiDA101 or transcluded course tag, eg.: {{:Introduction_to_project_management/Links/IPM101/Tag}}
• certifyparticipationpage: link to the Certify Participation page for this micro-course, eg.: Learning_in_a_digital_age/LiDA101/Assessment/Certify_participation

When page is created, refer to True-false boilerplate and Multiple choice boilerplate for format of questions. Note that the second iDevice (usually the MCQ quiz) needs to be numbered z02 instead of z01.
