OERu/OERu 2015 North America regional meeting/How to engage

The OERu North America regional meeting is an authentic planning meeting where you can help shape the future of the OERu. Both face-to-face and remote participants can contribute to the process.


Before the meeting

Face-to-face participants

For participants attending the face-to-face meeting, we recommend that you complete the pre-meeting activities. These activities will contribute to improving the design of prospective business models for the OERu.

Remote participants

We invite contributions from the open education community and staff at OERu partner institutions who are unable to attend the regional meeting in person to provide input into the design and development of the OERu business models. Please post your thoughts on the open business model consultation thread on our community site.

During the meeting

There are three ways you can contribute to the ongoing discussions during the meeting:

  1. Post to Twitter using the #OERu tag (Your tweet will be harvested and included in the OERu live feed)
  2. Login to WikiEducator and post directly using WENotes.
