What is needed Young coconut palms sticks[lomg and short] Coloured rapia or wild hibiscus fibre Scissors,or nailclipper for cutting.

Method

1. Take eight coconut sticks and bend in half

wrap string of rapia or hibiscus fibre round sticks without tying.

1. when all eight are on ,bend stick towards each other to make sticks stand out in circles,weave

string around in cirle whilst filling open spaces as you go round,. turm fan over every ending of round

1. work up two sticks ouside of fan after going around
