In this course, we will study the following topics:

• Design and develop proposals for funding,
• provide overall leadership of all programmes and projects,
• monitor and evaluate all projects,
• design and maintain an effective budgetary monitoring system,
• prepare reports for donors,
• establish effective networks and partnerships with stakeholders

at national and international levels;

• Identifying staff training requirements and developing

training contents and materials for quarterly staff training,

• developing job descriptions for junior staff in the Programmes Unit
