1. Organizational e-mail
2. Flyers will be posted in the pharmacy department/physician's/nurses' lounge room regarding upcoming mandatory training
3. Pharmacy manager/chief physician/nursing manager will impart the bulk of the training information through staff meetings, huddles and one-on-one instruction
4. Training schedule will be posted on the departmental communication book where anybody can access at anytime
5. Sign-up sheets will be provided to encourage participation and compliance
