Hello soon-to-be wikiambassadors! Welcome to our WikiEducator skills training workshop. This two and a half hour workshop is meant to simply introduce you to basic wikieducator skills. For more comprehensive training, please register for the free online wiki skills training workshop scheduled to begin on June 15, 2009.

Competency

According to the Skills Development Framework for Wikieducators,at the end of this workshop, you would have at least attained a competency level of WikiApprentice Level 1. Eager to get started? Well let's go!

Objectives

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to: create an account in wikieducator edit and format text create new pages and links upload images communicate and collaborate in wiki use pedagogical templates to structure content
