My profile My name is kunle aina, i live in ibadan, oyo state nigeria, i am a senior lecturer in the faculty of law university of Ibadan ,Nigeria.I teach Comparative Company Law, and Civil Litigation at the postgraduate level and Law of Business Associations, Nigerian Land Law, Conveyancing Law at the undergraduate level. My research interests are Securitization, corporate finance, Corporate Governance. My ongoing Phd thesis is on Debt Finance and Securitization in Nigeria. I am a researcher and legal consultant.
