  3. Video signposts
    • Need bullet point summaries for each video signpost
    • Need storyboard summary / allocation of interviewee for each signpost. (Ray has booked 2 December for recordings.)
  4. cloud.oeru.org (open source alternative to dropbox)
  5. Generic issues
    • Startup page (see example for IPM103) - single sign on (SSO) will be implemented by launch of MVP - need to tweak account registration section.
    • Startup page: Course tag only needed for blog posts (will need to tweak the section on Study tips relating to course tag usage.)
    • Issue tracking
      1. Assigning responsibility (content, pedagogical, editorial, other?)
      2. Local sprint for assigning outstanding tasks?

Key decisions and action items

  1. Confirmed that there were no matters arising from the 5th Meeting
  2. IPM101:
    • Agreed that Wayne will complete the OERu case study for the outstanding learning pathways within the next two days. Done
  3. IPM102
    • Noted that Ray has completed the page sequences for 102
    • Phil offered to start working on content suggestions for the learning pathways (after attending to the "content needed" for IPM103 below).
  4. IPM103
    • Noted that course is nearing sign off as "1st draft"
    • Claire advised that she has inserted notes in text for Carol to consider
    • Phil confirmed that he will focus next on the the outstanding content for IPM103 - i.e. the pages noted as "content needed" in the outline. Done
  5. Video signposts
    • Noted that recordings are scheduled for 2 December 2016 and the team will attempt to complete as many recordings as possible.
    • Agreed that each primary content author will add bullet points with suggestions for interviewees to incorporate in the video on the corresponding signpost pages in the wiki.
    • Agreed that Ray will prepare a table with list of interviewees and video signposts.
  6. cloud.oeru.org
    • Noted that OERF has installed an instance of OpenCloud which will be used to host files (documents and templates)
    • Agreed that .docx and .odt (open file format) versions must be provided for each editable file. Pdf as needed.
    • Wayne to provide Carol with admin access to upload and share files.
  7. Summative assessments
    • Acknowledged that the development must finalise the assessments for each micro-course in order to complete the individual learning challenges.
    • Agreed that Ray and Phil will complete the summative assessment outlines for each micro-course during the sprint scheduled for Wednesday's sprint (30 November 2016.)
  8. General issues
    • Agreed that Wayne will adapt the "startup page" for IPM103 to accommodate changes needed for single sign on. Carol can then propagate these changes for the remaining micro-courses.
    • Agreed that once a micro-course has reached the "1st draft" phase, issues will be logged on issues.oeru.org so that we can track what needs to be done before the MVP launch.
    • Wayne agreed to set up a subpage from the main planning page to list the documents and templates needed for each micro-course.

    • Noted that attendees should wear a party hat for the next meeting.
