Applying for visa to the USA

                                                  September 11 2001

El Qeada 12, Fatah, Iraq

Dear somebody,

My name is Mahmood Malik Abu Naji. I am a 34 year old man from Iraq and I would like to apply for a visa to the USA for to study and maybe work.
I always wanted to visit the USA and was interested in those huge skyscrapers in NY and Chicago.
I am also considering learning architecture. I always liked buildings.
I hope you will accept my application and approve the visa.

Yours truly
Mahmood Malik Abu Naji

Hardest day ever

Sometimes life disappoints you; you want something and you get something else. That's exactly what happened to me.

Three weeks ago I competed a Comando units day which is a sort of 3 elite units in the IDF: sayeret matkal, shayetet 13 and chovlim [naval officers].

My dream is to serve as a fighter in the IAF rescue unit 669. The way to receive a summon to the unit is throug the Gibush [trial period prior to selection for elite army units] to Sayeret Matkal. I came to the program ready and confident to get my summon to the gibush matkal and I gave my best, my 150%. I almost fainted there, but I --Nellie Deutsch 20:48, 19 January 2009 (UTC)never stopped running those sprints or left the stretcher. I gave it all! But despite this, I didn't get the summons to sayeret matkal. I got a summons to the naval officer course.

That was the hardest day in my life, physically and mentally. I was so sad that I didn't get the summons I wanted. I trained so hard for this day and still I didn't get what I had wanted.

Thank you Idan
