Use the following questions to reflect on an experience:

1. What stands out for you? Choose one or two 'events' that pop to mind. Why did you choose this/these? Think in terms of how the activity/event/discussion appealed to you, not just 'because I liked it!'
2. How did you react or respond to the experience? Your thoughts, feelings, physical responses. What caused you to react this way? What surprised you about your reaction?
3. What did you learn from the experience? Think in terms of personal learning about yourself, content/subject learning and/or learning about others.
