Concur with previous statement. More specifically, it certainly is not a maggot. It certainly is a beetle larva. Most beetle larvae do have legs, but this one does not, which, together with its C-shape, head capsule, and lack of sclerites apart from its head capsule, almost certainly is a weevil (Family Curculionidae).^[1] JonRichfield (talk) 11:00, 30 March 2013 (UTC)
