Objectives
The purpose of this session is to view scenario planning from the perspective of an educational manager and decision-maker. During this session, you will:
  • Identify and prioritise the most important decisions that would be required given your reading of a published scenario.
  • Identify the requirements for scenarios of the future to support today's decisions
  • Propose an action plan for developing your own scenario based on desktop research of the scenario planning process.
