Overview and scope

The overarching purpose of this project is to explore the voice of working professional distance learners in the 24-35 age group in relation to the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs), in distance education. This data will be used to develop a framework and guidelines for integrating ICTs into programs and courses in order to provide a quality learning experience for distance learners. This project will be undertaken by the consortium of Australian distance education providers within DEHub: the University of New England (UNE), University of Southern Queensland (USQ), Charles Sturt University (CSU) and Central Queensland University (CQ University). DEHub’s focus is providing a quality learning experience for distance learners.
