  11. Need for OERu MVP style guide for wiki authoring
    • See for example DS4OER style guide. Have commenced work on updating the OERu style guide (needs updating and is WIP).

Key decisions and action items

  1. Course blueprint
    • Steve will update intended target audience
    • Confirmed course aims with SME
    • Agreed sign off on the blueprint
  2. Steve and SME team will work on the video vignettes and content for micro course 4 next week. Initially in Google docs, but once uploaded in the wiki, the wiki version will become the main source for maintaining edits.
  3. Carol will progress work on micro courses 1, 2 & 3.
  4. Agreed principle of using "activity" labels consistently. Activity refers to doing something whereas reflection is to think about something.
  5. Steve to confirm CC-BY or CC-BY-SA licensing with relevant copyright holders for material being reused in the course.
  6. Blog posts are optional (but strongly encouraged given peer-to-peer learning benefits). Blog posts can serve as a personal learning journal posts. implementing
  7. Agreed to rename objective pages as "overview" so that we can use the objectives pedagogical templates. implementing
  8. Will integrate micoblog posts throughout the course to promote interaction. implementing
  9. Agree to use the "3-page" E-Activity format Implementing
  10. Will use transclusion for repetitive content to facilitate upstream course maintenance implementing
