Task

You have been given the responsibility to arrange this year’s New Zealand Tour Operators Conference in Dunedin and you are looking for a conference organiser to work with.

You are expecting around 120 delegates to the conference and will need accommodation for approximately 60 people. The conference is a 2 day format with meals including a Themed Celebration dinner on the final night.

Conference attendees have been encouraged to bring their partners so you are expecting around 25.
