Good Leadership Skills
One can experience good leadership skills if they make it a point of duty
- to do research,
- read good books
- ask advice from experienced persons in their community.
This is a good step to take as it serves to enhance their capability to make their institution a better place to work and learn. Many person would benefit.
In addition the workers would prefer to work in an environment that is conducive to learning.
| Make a list of all the persons who you interact with who have good leadership skills. |
Many persons would have attended workshops and/or training at all levels. These include those held both locally and regionally. However, they have not internalised enough data and understanding of the material presented to make a positive impact on their workplace on their return.
