Reflexive Effective and Adaptive Learning (REAL) is an active and authentic social learning strategy that enables highly adaptive behaviours and social learning interactions for medical professionals to optimize time spent learning, and the applying new knowledge to relevant medical contexts.
Context: Reflexive Learning is ideal for strategic online CPD to engage widely dispersed rural, remote and busy healthcare professionals working in shifts, for whom face-to-face participation in social learning is restricted due to time and resource constraints, geographic remoteness and career, personal and practice limitations
