You may already have the idea for your MOOC, and are happy with your learning objectives, learning objects, and tools you wish to use, so it may be tempting to just go ahead and start building it. As with any project, it may be better to invest a little time in planning the project first, and you might use a simple excel tool described by Miquel in this video. It will take relatively little time to develop this, but it may be just what you need to keep your project on track. Templates are provided after the next video in the unit called 'Project plan templates' - and you can download these to get started if you wish.
